Dear Past, thank you for the lessons.
Dear Future, I am ready.
MOVE YOUR BODY-CHANGE YOUR MIND, AND THE PHYSIOLOGY OF YOUR BRAIN
Move your body, change your mind, change the physiology of the brain, and don't "think yourself into the depression." Be aware; your mind listens to every thought of yours. Good or bad. Treat yourself with love and loving thoughts, and never give up. Life is beautiful, and every one of us has the right to experience and live it like that.
The healing power of movement with isamizu
The movement has also proved immense benefits in trauma recovery. Our mind-body connection is critical to healing traumas held in the body in ways that cannot always be expressed with words. My goal is to empower everyone who is in doubt that there is a way to achieve the best possible physical, emotional, spiritual health, and well-being.
IS YOUR HOME WORKOUT SAFE AND EFFECTIVE?
It is essential to understand and feel when your online training level is not appropriate for your fitness level or, contrary it is not challenging enough.
LIFE IN A YEAR-RECONNECTING WITH YOUR PAST
After so many years, I finally opened that part of my heart. I always knew there is still a lot to process but had no idea so much was left. It wasn't a therapist; it wasn't a self-help book or millions of conversations. It was a movie, “Life in a Year”.

The DIRECTION is so much more important than speed! Many are going VERY FAST, nowhere!
In my opinion, the proper direction in life gives us enormous power when we come to a crossing. We all have been there—constantly questioning ourselves, playing in the head all the possible scenarios and outcomes of our decisions. That was never an easy task for me until I realized that it's ok not to always walk on the main path, as far as I still keep my direction.
We should never accept the new normal as a way of life.
At the moment, we are living in a bizarre time. We named it a "new normal”. I believe it will pass, and our life will continue as usual with lessons learned. My writing point is not to discuss imposed masks, social distancing, cohorts, bubbles, lockdowns, isolations and all other implementing protocols that nearly every government on our planet is imposing.
How is your "letting go" in the fall?
When everything in nature is blooming, so should we, and when the spirit of nature is resting or even sleeping, we should slow down our hectic life and follow nature's energy. When the days are shorter, we should sleep longer and rest more; when colder days are coming, we should eat warmer and highly nourishing food.
I am Vegan
With my story and my journey. I'm also a passionate advocate of plant-based living. My diet is a plant-based diet based on my conscious decision that food when another life is on the line and full of suffering, can never be a choice for my body and my soul.
MY SPORTS INJURY, A PROCESS OF DISCOVERY
It was a national camp training, a very intensive period of the season. My jumps were getting better and more consistent; the results of off ice training started to show up.
I am Spela Perc
I realized we are more than just physical bodies, and there is so much more I needed to explore from where real health arises. I promised my family that I would at least try to find some answers as I owed it to my mother and sister, to lead a better, healthier lifestyle.
I decided to enroll in the Quantum University for Integrative Medicine. Today I’m a student of a Ph.D. program at Quantum University for Integrative Medicine and successfully finished my bachelor's degree in Holistic Health Sciences.
